How Chinese Chef Cook Shredded Crispy Chilli Chicken in an AIR FRYER 🌶️🍗 Mum and Son Chefs
People have been asking for this recipe to be done in an air fryer for years now, and since we got this new Cosori air fryer given to use we thought, what better way to test it out then by making a shredded crispy chilli chicken recipe in it for you guys, it’s a top draw dish and if anything can taste good in using a “healthier” way to cook it, it would be this. I’d also like to add that this recipe is a must try if you’re wanting to use less fat that deep frying, its just naughty enough to give you that Chinese takeout hit. Side note, we have not been paid to make this video, or even given it for this video, it was sent to us for use on another platform, juts wanted to make that clear. At least for me, boiling the noodles in a pot made them too soft. I put them in a covered bowl with boiling water and leave for five mins.
Do not use low calorie spray,an ingredient ruins non stick surfaces, get a spray bottle and add regular oil

Question pls: Whats the differences between corn starch and potato starch?
Potato starch is more chemically stable so it stays crispy longer in a batter mix and doesn’t cook out like cornstarch

Be careful with the one cal oil sprays as the additives in it can strip the non stick coating from your air fryers

Hi Chin and Choo. As always thank you for your amazing videos. You’ve taught me how to have chinese whenever I want and probably saved me hundreds of pounds in the process 😂 Quick question? Which of your curry paste recipes are closest to the paste you sell online? The book? A video? Reason I ask is that your currently out of stock and I like to mix this paste with my own version (which is very hot) for when i’m cooking for people who don’t like food as spicy as myself. The best curry sauce video we did is the same as the one we sell
try cooking chicken breast wrapped in cling film and then foil, cooked at 90c until 80c+ internal. Head chef at my last kitchen job taught me the technique. Very, very moist chicken
